Dr. Sanja Jackson-Hudson is a native of Caroline County, Virginia, and the oldest of six children of the late Ryland Jackson, Sr., and Annie Robinson Jackson Johnson. Her strong family bonds and deep community roots highlight her grounded character, fostering a warm, relatable impression with community members and colleagues. She is married to her childhood friend, and native of Caroline County, Virginia, Ricky Alan Hudson. Her ongoing community service and leadership efforts further demonstrate her commitment to making a positive impact locally, inspiring community members and colleagues alike. Dr. Hudson is an ordained Deacon and member of Zion Grove Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Lance Jeter. She is a College Professor, Published Author, and business operations consultant. She has served as a leader in local churches, spearheaded community initiatives in various states for large for-profit and nonprofit organizations, reflecting her deep faith and commitment to community development. A 70's graduate of Caroline High School, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Union University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona, and a Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare from Walden University. With over 30 years of experience as an Operations and Business Leader, she provides inspirational leadership and sets high standards for individuals to achieve operational excellence. Her unwavering faith and dedication to community service drive her commitment to leadership and stewardship training for various churches in the Virginia region, fostering trust and admiration among community members and colleagues. Dr. Hudson's work, published in the Open Journal of Business & Management, is driven by her faith and desire to serve. Her faith-based motivation in this international scholarly journal has been recognized and utilized by college students and organizations worldwide. She authored an online Christian book, 'Misunderstood Yet Striving for Success, It's Your Time,' which reflects her commitment to inspiring others through faith and perseverance.
